Agreement Terms

EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 3, 2026

1. Purpose of Agreement

This Affiliate Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WordOn Company ("Company") and the undersigned individual ("Ambassador"). By signing this Agreement, the Ambassador agrees to serve as a brand representative and affiliate for Word Carriers, a faith-based lifestyle brand operated by WordOn Company.

2. Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Word Carrier Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Actively promote Word Carriers products and brand values through social media, word of mouth, and personal networks.
  • Represent the brand in a manner consistent with our core values: being a Believer of Christ, Believing God, and being Stylish & Faithful.
  • Use provided affiliate links, discount codes, or promotional materials as directed by the Company.
  • Conduct yourself professionally and in alignment with the Christian faith in all public-facing interactions related to the brand.

3. Core Values Commitment

The Ambassador acknowledges that Word Carriers is a faith-based brand rooted in Christian principles. The Ambassador affirms that they are a believer of Christ, they believe in God, and they embrace being stylish and faithful. These values are non-negotiable and form the foundation of this partnership.

4. Right to Terminate

WordOn Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate this affiliate partnership at any given moment, with or without prior notice, if the Ambassador fails to uphold Word Carriers' core values. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Public conduct, statements, or social media activity that contradicts or undermines Christian values and beliefs.
  • Misrepresentation of the Word Carriers brand or its mission.
  • Any behavior deemed by the Company to be inconsistent with being a believer of Christ, believing God, or representing stylish and faithful living.
  • Violation of any terms outlined in this Agreement.

5. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation, commission rates, discount codes, and any other benefits will be communicated separately by WordOn Company. The Company reserves the right to modify compensation structures at any time with reasonable notice to the Ambassador.

6. Intellectual Property

The Ambassador shall not alter, modify, or misuse any Word Carriers or WordOn Company logos, trademarks, or branded materials without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Confidentiality

The Ambassador agrees to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, upcoming product details, or internal communications shared by WordOn Company during the term of this partnership.

8. Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Ambassador acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Ambassador Agreement. The Ambassador enters into this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of the expectations, core values, and termination rights described herein.
